HAUS - net-zero Wall U-Value 0.12 (W/m2k)
The HAUS net-zero Wall is a high-performance closed-panel timber system engineered for energy-efficient, sustainable construction. With a total thickness of 412.2 mm, it achieves a U-value of 0.12 W/m²K, sound reduction over 48 dB, and fire resistance rated REI 60, upgradeable to REI 90. The wall features a multi-layered build including gypsum fibre board, mineral wool insulation, vapour barriers, wood-based panels, and ventilated timber battens. External finishes are fully customisable, with options such as brick-slip, render, timber, stone, or metal cladding. Designed to meet the highest standards in thermal, acoustic, and fire performance for modern construction.

Pitched Roof HAUS Passiv U-Value 0.11 (W/m²K)
The HAUS Passiv Pitched Roof is a highly insulated prefabricated roofing system engineered for superior energy performance. With a construction thickness of 492.9 mm (excluding the roof covering), it achieves an excellent U-value of 0.11 W/m²K and a sound reduction of over 51 dB. The multi-layered structure integrates mineral wool insulation, a vapour barrier, flexible waterproofing membranes, and robust timber construction for outstanding airtightness and thermal stability. Fire resistance is REI 30, upgradeable to REI 60. The system supports a range of roof finishes—traditional clay, fibre cement, zinc, slate, or solar PV—delivering both performance and architectural flexibility. Ideal for sustainable pitched or sloped roof applications.
Triple Glazed Windows
All prefabricated house shells are provided with triple glazed windows as standard with a heat reflective coating to keep the warmth inside and to maximise solar gain from the winter sun, with a Ug Value of 0.5 W/m2K for the glass and UW Value of 0.86 W/m2K or better at the frame, with a wide range of to choose from.

Entrance Doors
A wide range of quality entrance doors to choose from various; RAL colours, designs and finishes, that incorporate safety security locks and are equipped with quality fittings. All doors are manufactured to the highest standards.
